Vangiz In D'Hauz

Another successful photoshoot has been made by D3krew at Intramuros Manila. That was last July 03, 2010 around 10 in the morning when one of my co-D3krew members set this Biker’s Theme along Freedom Wall. Together with 2 models and 7 Photographers including me, we were happy although it’s very hot because it was exactly noon time when we finished. Then we decided to have lunch at Max Restaurant and treated the models.

After that, we went to SM Megamall at Megatrade Hall 5th floor because of the cosplay. We’re very tired and wasted but we keep on shooting those guys wearing anime costume.

It's my dream to experience a portrait photo shoot. I want to train how to manage skin tone and capture people in their perfect view. That is why I never passed this opportunity when D3krew post an invitation that they will have a photo shoot at Eco Park Quezon City last June 20. I love the place because it was so nice and perfect location for the photo shoot. The company was great because while we're doing to photo shoot, we enjoyed it even though we sweat excessively. We started the photo shoot at around 2  in the afternoon which is perfect to have natural lighting. See what I got.

Last June 12, the D3krew went at Luneta Park to witness the 112th Commemoration of Philippine Independence Day. It was around 3pm since it was started because they have to wait Pres. GMA to arrived. There were many people want to see the commemoration that's why we decided to have a photo walk at Rizal Monument instead of joining to the crowd.

Last June 5, we went to AWM(American War Memorial) together with the D3krew to have a photowalk. It was nice and very organized. The Manila American Cemetery and Memorial is located on a prominent plateau within the limits of Fort Bonifacio. It contains the largest number of graves (17,206) of American soldiers who fought in World War II. Most of the soldiers buried at the American Cemetery lost their lives in operations in New Guinea and the Philippines.

It's already month of June, ending of summer season but start of back to school program. Some students are excited because they will meet new friends and instructor. But some are sad because vacation is already finish. June is also ideal for wedding which is a very special moment for everyone of us. That's why D3krew decided to have a photo shoot theme for this. To capture the special moment for every Filipinos. I have some images here that I captured at Ubelt Manila. Take a look:)

My shot before the guard confront me, he said that I need to have an authorization letter from school before I take pictures. I am lucky to have one...hehe











Before we went home, we visited San Sebastian Church which is a few blocks away from University Belt. I felt like I'm in Europe because of it's structure. Very detailed and artistic. The church was closed that time, I haven't captured it's structure inside. Hopefully next time, I have opportunity to do that.

After the photo walk with D3krew, we stayed at Krispy Kreme Bonifacio High Street. During our deep conversation, we saw these large breed dogs called "Alaskan Malamute". We asked the dog owner if it's okay to take some pictures with them and they said it's okay. So we get our cameras and position in front of them captured some shots. in return a favor, the owner requested to post their pictures through web. So here they are!

























The Alaskan Malamute is a generally large breed of domestic dog (Canis lupus familiaris) originally bred for use as an Alaskan sled dog. It is sometimes mistaken for a Siberian Husky, but in fact is quite different in many ways.

Last month, me and my colleagues went to Dubai. And when we were way back to Manila at around 25000ft above sea level. 6 hours from the time we departed, I wake up and then open the window beside me. I can't look outside because it's too bright. Then a few moment I saw this wonderful scene, at last were too close to Manila. We were above the Cambodia's territory. I get nikie and took some photos because it was really breathtaking moment at that time. The clouds around us were as bright as cotton and the sky were really blue. Have a look...
